In an exciting announcement, The Compleat Food Group has disclosed that Tom Riley has officially joined the company as the new Chief Financial Officer, marking a strategic move to fuel further expansion.

Boasting over a decade of experience in senior leadership roles within the food industry, Tom previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Fox’s Burton’s Companies. Notably, he played a crucial role in overseeing the financial integration of Fox’s Biscuits and Burton’s into a unified entity following its acquisition by the Ferrero confectionery group.

Before his tenure at Fox’s Burton’s Companies, Tom accumulated almost a decade of experience in professional services, providing support to large privately owned and private equity-backed organisations.

In his newly appointed position, Tom Riley will spearhead the advancement of The Compleat Food Group’s financial strategy, aligning with the company’s pursuit of becoming the leading chilled prepared food company in the UK.
