The creative chefs at The Delicious Desserts Company are experimenting with a range of fruity flavours for spring with a fresh and fruity twist – just in time for Valentine’s Day! First on the menu is the ‘Love you Straw Berry Much Éclair’, a limited edition treat available at Tesco stores.
This indulgent éclair features delicate choux pastry filled with luscious strawberry crème pâtissiere and cream, topped with strawberry fondant and white chocolate lacing. It’s not the first time Delicious Desserts Company has delved into the world of strawberry flavours and now it’s back by popular demand – with a signature twist – for Valentine’s Day.
