Lesaffre Group, yeast manufacturer and fermentation expert, has announced the appointment of Clare MacLennan as the new Managing Director of Lesaffre UK & Ireland, effective immediately. With over 13 years of experience in B2B food industry operations and having previously served as the Managing Director of consumer operations at the Royal Mint, Clare is a highly awarded professional with numerous business accolades.

Clare MacLennan, the new Managing Director of Lesaffre UK & Ireland, brings to the business a strong knowledge from the leading baking and food service companies, where Clare’s marketing leadership lead those business to strive in highly competitive markets. 

MacLennan will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and operations of Lesaffre UK & Ireland and will lead the company’s mission to support the British Isles’ bakeries delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.
