Following years of requests on social media from consumers unable to find a cake to meet their vegan and allergy needs, the Just Love team have finally overcome the considerable challenges and created the ultimate classic iced party cake free from nuts, milk, and egg while not compromising on taste or texture.
The celebration sponge cake serves 10 and is filled with vanilla frosting and delicious plum and raspberry jam. The cake is hand finished and covered with soft icing and multicoloured decorations and stars.
Made in a nut-free, peanut-free, milk-free factory and registered with The Vegan Society, Just Love’s Vanilla Celebration Cake has no artificial colours or flavourings and is set to be the go-to choice for families and friends seeking to host inclusive gatherings this summer.
Just Love Food Company was founded in 2010 by father Mike Woods after his children were diagnosed with life-threatening nut allergies and Mike found it heart-breaking that they could not share the cake at parties. Spotting a gap in the market for allergen-free cakes, Just Love is now available nationally and is seeing rising consumer demand in line with the increase in allergies, dietary needs and choices.
