Easter weekend brings a lot of opportunity for bakers, starting from the beginning of April, through to when the kids go back to school. It presents a great chance for families and friends to get together and enjoying cakes and other bakery treats is a big part of it. British Bakels, the bakery ingredients experts, has launched its latest campaign with top tips on how bakers can maximise sales over the Easter weekend. Following on from British Bakels’ highly successful Christmas campaign, the Easter initiative is designed to help bakers bring the joys of spring to their bakeries with assets including downloadable recipes, POS and social media content.
British Bakels’ application specialists have teamed up to showcase the best of Bakels ingredients in an egg-citing Easter recipe assortment, all using many of the ingredients bakers already use. Bakers can go online to www.britishbakels.co.uk, and use British Bakels’ recipe inspiration to transform their Easter selection, with a total of 39 fabulous recipes to delight their shoppers.
The downloadable print and cut point of sale posters come in A3 and A4 size with the message “Hop into store to enjoy yummy Easter treats” to engage customers. Also available are two sizes of colour counter-top display cards, and two shelf wobblers, all with the same vibrant colours and patterns. Bakers just need a colour printer and paper or card, and a bit of handicrafts skill to brighten their bakery and get them Easter-ready, courtesy of British Bakels.
Bakers can also download a template to create posts, carousel and multiple-image style, to publish on their Instagram and Facebook accounts, including the same wording and design that’s on the POS to encourage brand recognition from social channels to stores.
