The English Cheesecake Company has announced the launch of their new ‘Ultimate Cheesecake Collection’, featuring handcrafted cheesecakes which combine delicious elements of classic desserts and cheesecake to create the ultimate dessert experience. 

The line up combines flavours of fan-favourite desserts paired with the company’s indulgent vanilla cheesecake recipe and signature crunchy biscuit base to craft three indulgent, 6-layered premium cheesecakes worthy of any dessert menu.

For the coffee fiends, English Cheesecake Company’s Tiramisu cheesecake certainly won’t disappoint. A moist coffee sponge is sandwiched between two layers of creamy vanilla and mascarpone cheesecake, topped with a coffee chocolate fudge, cocoa nibs and a biscuit crumb.

Creating an indulgent take on a classic Red Velvet cake, English Cheesecake Company’s Red Velvet Cheesecake sees a moist red velvet sponge sandwiched between two layers of vanilla cheesecake, together with a thick layer of fudge and topped with dark and white chocolate mini curls.

For those looking for a twist on a classic British pud, the new Sticky Toffee Cheesecake combines sticky toffee sponge sandwiched between two layers of vanilla cheesecake, topped with a layer of butterscotch toffee sauce, cubes of sticky toffee sponge and chewy fudge pieces all sat upon the company’s signature crunchy biscuit base.
