MIWE to host online exhibition for baking professionals

German specialist for bakery technology, MIWE, will be kicking off a 24-hour online international trade fair on 2 February 2021.

Lasting exactly 24 hours, the event will begin at 0:00 am (UTC), offering a wide range of information and interesting developments on a broad spectrum of topics.

There will also be a range of presentations and technical advisors, master bakers and experts from a variety of specialist areas will be available live via direct chat to answer questions and respond to requests and suggestions.
