Low fat chocolate fillings by Puratos

Puratos (Belgium) has released Cremfil Ultim, low-fat chocolate and nut fillings for the bakery and patisserie industry. The fillings were developed as a reaction to increasing consumer demands of healthier indulgent snacks and to an emerging trend for soft chocolate fillings in cakes, muffins and croissants.

The line includes three flavours: chocolate, hazelnut and white chocolate, which contain less than 10% fat while preserving freshness and taste. Replacing regular cream and chocolate fillings with Cremfil Ultim’s can reduce the overall fat content of the product by up to 15%.
