Arla Foods Ingredients launches Nutrilac® Natural Improvers

Arla Foods Ingredients (Denmark) told Kennedy’s about their new range of multi-functional ingredients to improve industrial baker processes, named Nutrilac® Natural Improvers.

There are four products in the Nutrilac® Natural Improvers collection, including Nutrilac® IM-4515 and IM-7042 to enhance cakes and bread and ensure a more stable batter, Nutrilac® IM-5566, which improves strength in cakes and softness in bread, and the Nutrilac® IM-8027 designed to enhance structure and strength in baked goods. Nutrilac® Natural Improvers are all made from natural proteins derived from milk. They can be listed on ingredients lists as ‘milk protein.’
