AZO - Hall B5, Stand 236
AZO is the specialist for automated handling of raw materials and of processes. We automate the handling of large, medium and small components in granular, powder and liquid form, amongst others for the baking and confectionary industry.
We provide everything as a single supplier – from the initial concept, from innovative individual components for storage, discharge, screening, conveying, dosing and weighing of raw materials right through to a turnkey solution, namely an entire plant ready for operation.
At our exhibition stand – stand 236 in Hall B5 – we will be presenting solutions especially focused on the key topics for the baking industry include safe products, consistent recipes, clean production systems and continuous batch tracking.
On the IBA we first introduce:

Furthermore we show the AZO cyclone screening technology.
Screening of all raw materials and of the finished mixture in powder form ensures that no foreign matter gets into production, so that the finished products are in perfect condition, too.
A modular big bag discharge station will be presented as well.
To improve efficiency and reduce costs even further, AZO has developed a modular concept for a big bag discharge station. The required components such as frame, support beams, chain hoist, discharging aids, big bag docking system, buffer bin and discharging unit can be chosen from a “construction set”, depending on the requirements. The entire discharge station can be configured to suit needs without outlay for design, which has a very positive effect on the price and delivery time.
